1. Return Window
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
A return or exchange will only be accepted if:
- The item is unused, and in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
- The product is not damaged due to customer use
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Used products
- Customized or made-to-order items
4. Damaged / Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof (images/video) is required for verification
- Once approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be provided
6. Refund Policy
- We offer refunds to the original payment method
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
7. Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup will be arranged for eligible locations
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer
8. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of returns, original shipping fees will be deducted (if applicable)
9. Return Approval Rights
- Soulvasa reserves the right to inspect and approve/reject returns
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be declined
10. Misuse of Policy
- Repeated or suspicious return requests may lead to account restriction or refusal of future orders
